Artist Resume
Artist C L Winfrey works in a variety of mediums. Her recent work has her using ink in her non-dominant hand and bringing in color with her dominant hand. This two-handed technique has a soul balancing aspect along with bringing out her inner child to play. Her mission is to send out "Joyful Soul Sparks" through her artwork.
C L Winfrey was born and raised in Kansas City, Mo. Creating art since childhood, she received recognition in her youth for her artwork. Even at a young age, she saw herself as a farmwife and an artist. She lives on a farm in NE Jackson County, MO. She and her husband have raised four sons. Cindy is an active member of the Urban Sketchers Kansas City group and of the Unity Arts Community.
Artist Statement
Nature has a vibrant energy that I like to tap into and dance with. I delight in developing "Joyful Soul Sparks" within my artwork that engage the observer's senses.
